Assessing clients’ needs and developing individualized care plans. Providing counseling and support to individuals and families. Connecting clients with community resources and services. Advocating for clients’ rights and needs. Collaborating with healthcare providers, schools, and other organizations. Documenting clients’ progress and maintaining accurate records. Conducting home visits and fieldwork as necessary. Facilitating support groups and community programs. Providing crisis intervention and conflict resolution services. Educating clients and families about available resources and support systems Social Worker (MSW) Qualifications & Skills. Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. Specialized training in mental health counseling Bilingual or multilingual proficiency. Knowledge of local community resources and services. Strong case management skills. Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency. Advanced skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.Membership in professional social work organizations. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. State licensure or certification as a social worker. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking. Sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic issues. Commitment to ethical practice and professional development. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Pre-K: 8:50 AM – 4:30 PM
Elementary: 8:25 AM – 3:55 PM
Middle School: 7:45 AM – 3:10 PM
High School: 7:15 AM – 2:45 PM
