Compass Mobile Transport, LLC (CMT LLC) was founded with a clear purpose: to provide reliable, student-centered support services that help schools meet the complex needs of today’s special education environment. What began as a focused transportation solution has since grown into a broader service organization capable of staffing skilled professionals in behavioral support, therapy services, and paraprofessional roles.
