Paraprofessionals or Teacher’s Aides
Provide essential support to teachers and students in educational settings, assisting with instructional and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Teachers: Support teachers in lesson preparation, implementation, and classroom management. This includes helping with instructional activities and providing one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
Monitor Student Behavior: Supervise students during lessons and activities, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Address behavioral issues as they arise.
Provide Instructional Support: Help students with reading, writing, math, and other educational activities as directed by the teacher. This may involve leading small group discussions or tutoring sessions.
